Engineer Ali Al Shaali holds a BSc. in Civil Engineering from the UAE University, and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management accredited by George Washington University. He has been the CEO of Dubai International Poetry Festival, as well as the Senior Director of Knowledge Production Department, at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation; in that capacity, Ali AlShaali was mandated, in March 2008, to contribute to the Foundation’s strategy to firmly establish the foundation on the region’s cultural scene.
Ali Al Shaali is a graduate of the Mohammed bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development. He possesses remarkable business development skills with a wide range of technical and managerial experiences that qualify him to play a notable role as one of the UAE’s young leaders.
Currently, Ali is running his own Engineering Office and Publishing House in Dubai, UAE.
